Working closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Content Editor, the role will include helping to plan and implement content-led marketing and communications strategies across a variety of exciting projects, including the Sony World Photography Awards (the world’s biggest photography competition, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2017), the World Photographic Academy, PHOTOFAIRS (Photo Shanghai & Photo San Fransisco), and Sony’s Global Imaging Ambassadors programme.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative in a small, fun team and have a flair for writing creative and impactful copy and excellent communications skills. They must be comfortable and posses excellent knowledge at liaising with stakeholders, partners and photographers from across the world. Good skills of social media and CMS systems and be able to produce and edit content for a variety of different platforms, including web, social and email are required.
A high level of interest in photography and the arts is necessary.
