Contemporary artist Natasha Caruana is looking for a studio manager. This is a part-time role for a freelance self-employed person. 2 days p/week. Salary dependent on experience. Estimate £30,000 pro-rata.
This is a new and exciting role for a dynamic and ambitious studio manager to devise and execute a plan for growth, and income generation.
You will also support administrative tasks including;
- Relationship building
- Website updates
- Newsletters
- Exhibition logistics
- Database management
- Social media strategy
- Research & writing
Knowledge of contemporary art and galleries is essential – the ideal candidate would have previously worked in an art institution or creative environment / artist’s studio. They are keen to hear from people from all backgrounds – including those who are currently underrepresented in the arts.
Description:
You will independently devise and execute a plan to bring growth to the business creating key performance indicators for the year ahead and, providing fortnightly reports on progress. Developing new dialogue with institutions and individuals.
The candidate will be an expert in contemporary art with an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the art world.
