Corinne Whitehouse is a portrait and documentary photographer and educator. She has an MFA in Photography from University of Creative Arts, Farnham and a background in television documentary and arts and culture journalism.
Exploring notions of home and family and our relationship to the natural world, Corinne works primarily with analogue photography, which she processes at home in the kitchen sink. She lives and works in the South East of England and much of her work is about the place she lives and the people who live there.
Corinne’s work has been exhibited internationally at: The Lishui International Photography Festival, China; FotoNostrum Gallery in Barcelona; and Open Eye Gallery, Liverpool. She has been working on Fast Forward projects since January 2023 including Headstrong: Women and Empowerment, the major opening show at the Centre for British Photography. www.corinnewhitehouse.com
