Directed by Anna Fox, Sarah Jeans and Anne Parisio, Picture This is a heartwarming portrait of three groups of women in Edinburgh, Farnham and London. The women are from refugee and migrant communities and a women’s refuge, as they have all had to leave their own countries or homes because of war, their sexuality or to escape abusive relationships.

Professor Anna Fox, an internationally renowned photographer and university lecturer introduces us to the different participants as they receive training to use photography to reinterpret their experiences and create moving images. Through a series of industry visits, industry partners and visiting lectures, Anna introduces the women to aspects of the industry with the aim of helping them to develop future careers in the photography industries.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the directors and participants.
