Associate Lecturer in Photography

18.5 Hours per Week

£22,335 – £32,344 per annum (Pro rata)

Our Outstanding College is seeking to recruit an experienced Lecturer to provide effective course leadership and ensure that the standards of teaching and learning within the department are the highest in the sector. The post holder will be required to co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress towards timely success.

The post holder will work closely with the Curriculum Area Manager (CAM) for the School of Art to ensure achievement of targets in relation to the recruitment, retention, success and attendance of learners. There will be teaching responsibilities as well as responsibility for the pastoral care of learners as a personal tutor.

To be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate innovative teaching methods and excellent communication skills, you will hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification at an appropriate level in photography.
