Brian Tremain was one of the founding members of the Association of Historical and Fine Art Photographers. His Family have generously sponsored an annual bursary in remembrance of him for a number of years, aiming to help fund attendance to the association’s annual conference. Each individual funding includes a conference ticket and costs towards travel and accommodation, plus a year of free AHFAP membership.

The AHFAP would like to invite university and college students of photography to attend both days of our 40th Anniversary Conference and explore career opportunities in the cultural heritage sector.  The AHRAP Conference 2025 will take place at BMA House, London from 10-11th November 2025.

Consideration will also be given to recent graduates in the early stages of their imaging careers in museums and galleries, collections and archives throughout the UK.
