Call for Applications: Circulation(s)

The 2026 Circulation(s) Festival is looking for applications from European photographers at the start of their careers who have never had a major exhibition in France.

For the past 15 years, Circulation(s) festival has promoted a modern and inclusive vision of photography. It has more than a decade of discovering new emerging talent, and still a burning desire to make new visual writing accessible to all.

Every year, the festival brings together the general public, artists and professionals around a multi-faceted, adventurous and innovative program that questions the boundaries between photography and contemporary art.

The Circulation(s) festival program is overseen by the artistic direction of the Fetart collective, made up of independent curators specializing in emerging photography.

The 16th edition of the Circulation(s) festival will take place at CENTQUATRE-PARIS, a cultural venue in eastern Paris, from March 21 to May 17 2026, and will continue in the form of tours and off-site events in France and Europe.
