Course Leader, Photography
Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint an energetic and engaging Course Leader to join the School of Fine Art & Photography at Rochester. You should be an experienced photography or fashion photography practitioner/lecturer with creativity, skill, enthusiasm and experience to contribute to the delivery of a suite of ambitious photography programmes, including our Masters course in photography.
You will be able to demonstrate your academic and administrative achievements, as well as your excellent management skills in motivating and leading a team by example.
You will have a good honours and postgraduate degree, great professional experience and knowledge of current educational issues and critical understanding of the social, cultural, economic and environmental factors influencing Photography today.
You must be able to communicate a broad range of practical and theoretical issues through hands on teaching, seminars and tutorials. You must be able to inspire and motivate students.
