Production Controller

Hoxton Mini Press is a young independent publisher focusing on collectable photography books. In the past four years, we have received critical acclaim from the likes of Martin Parr, Time Magazine and The Guardian, and in 2017 we were awarded the IPG Newcomer Award and our series ‘Tales from the City’ was awarded the 2017 Brand / Series Identity Award by the British Book Design & Production Awards.

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Production Controller with a few years’ experience in four-colour book production to look after our entire list from start to finish. Our focus is on quality so you’ll have excellent attention to detail and a calm, positive and flexible work ethic – even when under pressure. We are a small company so the ability to work off your own initiative is a must, but equally you should have a desire to be a part of a growing team and be happy to be involved in all aspects of the publishing process.
