Arts University Bournemouth are seeking two individuals to join AUB’s well-established undergraduate course in photography. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in contemporary photographic practice, with the knowledge and understanding to support the broad range of ideas and approaches with which our students are engaged. They will ideally have specialist experience in one or more of the following: moving image, performance or installation.

BA (Hons) Photography is a well-established and internationally renowned undergraduate course. It introduces students to a broad range of ideas and contexts, responding directly to the expansive nature of contemporary photographic practice. Research informed creative practice is key to the learning process which is centered on the individual learner. The course is supported by a highly experienced team of photographic specialists and boasts a state of the art range of studio and darkroom facilities, supporting both analogue and digital processes.

The successful candidate will be qualified at postgraduate level and have a detailed knowledge and deep understanding of the subject’s contemporary debates and practices. You will also hold a teaching qualification and have HEA Fellowship.
