The Role:

To prepare the next generation of innovators for the evolving field of photography by providing a solid academic background combined with industry know-how.

You will employ research-led teaching strategies across year groups to inspire critical thinking and novel approaches to creative problem-solving. You will take an active role in curriculum development, ensuring relevance and currency while addressing the complex relationship between theory and practice.

You will support students within the course on projects, personal and professional development, and pastorally.

Your Profile:

As a professional practitioner, you will hold a relevant degree and will be able to demonstrate significant creative success and specialist knowledge in fashion photography.

You will be forward-thinking and visionary, with an understanding of the changing demands of the industry. Your portfolio of work will question the status quo and you will be a significant contributor to advancing your area of expertise.

A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage while industry experience is essential.

Experience in higher education is desirable but not required.
