DISCOVERY AWARDS 2022 OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL MAY 1ST!

The open call for Discovery Awards 2022 is open until the 1st of May 2022. Photographers and visual artists from all corners of the world can submit their proposals around “common places”, in photography, video, installation, digital art and other visual mediums.

The finalists of the awards will have their projects produced and exhibited during Encontros da Imagem 2022 and be featured in the catalogue. The selection of the final projects is done by an independent jury, national and internationally renowend in the visual arts field. In 2021, the winner was Massimiliano Gatti with the project “La nuvole”.
