During the Photobook Week, FOMU and Photobook Festival Liège will present a five-day workshop on the step-by-step process of creating a photobook. Each day, a different international expert will introduce you to their world and share their skills. The first day will be focused on making the selection of pictures and creating sequences. On the second day, you will meet with a designer who will answer any questions you may have. The third day will be devoted to learning about the world of paper and print materials. And for the final two days, we have professionals lined up who will draw on their personal experiences to share tricks of the trade. A coach will accompany you throughout the process.

- All photographers and artists using the photographic medium and who would like to make their own photobook can apply to Workshop – Week of the Photobook
- There is a maximum of 8 participants, selected by a jury consisting of Christophe Collas, Andrea Copetti (Tipi Bookshop) and Tamara Berghmans (FOMU)
- No age-limit
- Belgian and international photographers are eligible, however, the successful candidates are required to be at FOMU for the full five days: 28TH FEBRUARY 2017 TO 4TH MARCH 2017
