Photoworks is looking for a Deputy Director.  This post is an exciting opportunity to work with the Director to lead Photoworks in their next chapter, playing a key part in delivering the organisation’s ambitious plans for the future. Fundraising, operations, governance, HR, financial management, board and Arts Council England reporting alongside business development are important responsibilities within this role.

Photoworks raise income to fund their programme through grants, trusts & foundations, sponsorship, individual giving, membership and their online shop. Key among your early projects will be developing and implementing a strategy for sponsorship, grants, membership, trusts & foundation fundraising. You will also work with the director to develop systems, policies and the business plan.
