The College of Creative Arts at Massey University is a world-class art and design school based in Wellington, New Zealand with a legacy of over a century of creative education. The College is currently comprised of a School of Design, a School of Fine Arts, and our new School of Music and Creative Media Production.
The College is not only ranked 4th by RED DOT, the international design awards agency, giving it a distinctive seal of quality, but is also the first art and design school outside North America to be awarded “substantial equivalency” by the US accreditation body NASAD; the most comprehensive international benchmark for art and design education in the world. The College of Creative Arts is seeking applications for a Senior Lecturer within Whiti o Rehua, School of Art. The successful candidate will play a vital role in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Photographic, Moving Image and Contemporary Art practice.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Masters or PhD qualification with demonstrated teaching and research expertise and knowledge of Tikanga Maori and Pacific cultures and protocols.
