Martin Parr Foundation are seeking a dedicated Studio Assistant and Event Coordinator to support the smooth, day-to-day running of their busy studio, as well as their public events and exhibition programme. The successful candidate will work closely with team members across multiple areas, providing essential operational and administrative support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
– coordinating events such as artist talks and tours
– assisting with the day-to-day running of the online shop
– updating and maintaining website content
– reading and responding to general enquiry emails
– handling print sale enquiries from galleries
– preparing and wrapping prints for dispatch
– booking in parcels and managing outgoing shipments
– fulfilling digital file requests
– checking, updating, and supplying accurate captions
– ensuring all studio, kitchen, and cleaning supplies are fully stocked
